I would like to know more about Farm Subsidies, and who qualifies for them.

Thanks

JAMES: Your best bet is to visit the web site of the USDA Farm Services Agency for details. The short answer is, for most commodity subsidies, you have to have an ownership interest in land that has been registered for the programs with the local USDA office in order to qualify.--COOK

the meager assistance farmers get pales in comparison to the 700 Billion bailout wall street is getting at the taxpayers expense, while the working man takes the burden and the fat cat CEO's get even richer!
